Welcome to Our May-Term Journey

Hi! Our names are Alix, Hailey, and Amanda and this is our May-Term Fitness journey. For the month of May, we will be exercising alongside professional trainers to derive free, and easily accessible workout videos for college students. Although we encourage everyone (of all ages and fitness levels) to participate in our workouts, we are focused on helping college students maintain a healthy lifestyle. As prospective college students, we understand that it will be very difficult to balances the stresses of work and social life. As a result, it won't always be easy to make time to go the gym. But no worries, we have decided to bring the gym to you!! Our thirty minute, full body workouts will help you (and US) avoid the Freshman 15. We are so excited to take you through our day-by-day experience. WELCOME!!!!!!!!!!
